We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional to facilitate the day-to-day operation of Hunters Plaza by providing administrative, office and accounting support services whilst representing the Centre Management Team.ResponsibilitiesManage the Centre Management Office reception functionProvide a high level of professional service to retailers, contractors, and customersEnsure customer requests are handled efficiently and promptly and are dealt with in a professional mannerAssist with Marketing and Event coordinationAssist with requests and enquiries via phone, email and in-personEstablish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersCoordinate Health & Safety requirements to ensure complianceSupport the wider Centre Management team as requiredPrepare and contribute to reporting and budgetingLease administrationProvide Accounts Payable and Receivable administration, support and processing
